Norman has played a key role since commencing with us in 1985. His extensive experience with small-to-medium sized enterprises, particularly with family businesses, is backed up by a detailed knowledge of income tax, capital gains tax and GST.

With a Bachelor of Economics (Accountancy major, Monash University) and a Graduate Certificate in Leadership and Organisation Dynamics (Swinburne University), Norman is well qualified to assist clients with management and organisational issues including corporate governance, management accounting, taxation, succession planning, strategic planning and human resource management.

He is a respected facilitator, having led strategic planning retreats in Australia, India, China, New Zealand, England and the USA for a diverse range of businesses from professional services firms to waste management companies, toy importers, sports organisations and private schools. Norman also is an accredited trainer in the Myers Briggs Type Indicator®.
He is a passionate hockey player and is currently the Finance Director of World Masters Hockey.
